Can't access custom vocab list

I've placed a custom vocab list in the directory as per instructed, but then when in game there is a lock over the "custom" tab. How can I unlock this?

there is a bug

"teleport yourself 30 times in 30 seconds" I've done it a few times and during the game I see the notification above "Quest completed", but even after that the "teleport yourself 30 times in 30 seconds" quest is still unchecked. Because of that I can't get the last stage. Can you figure this out, developers?...
