New achievements - yes or no?

With the newly introduced level for the football worldcup, there will be new items to be found, and therefor in theory room for new Steam achievements. Now, this tends to be an issue, opinions are divided about. On the one hand, users may feel to miss a "reward", when more recent content does not earn them achievements. On the other hand, said users like the certainty to have a game "finished" and, especially if they care about 100% rating, would not like to feel forced to complete new content to upheld their ratio (even if they enjoy playing otherwise).

1) We are of the second opinion. New levels will be created for fun and for specific fun topics, such as football, halloween, hockey and so on. It seems to us that making old users go through new levels is not right, especially many people did not like the game((
2) Steam has new rules for achievements. Not more than 100 pcs.
3) We wait for what the players will say, and think about how best to do in the end.
