Okay, you're missing a hidden room at the top of Livre Ex Machina, right next to the save room before the Hell Dragon. You can acess it from below, in the large rectancular room below the save room.

Could you take another screenshot including the forbidden laboratory? There is one there you migth have missed.

Found it! In the first forbidden laboratory, diagonally across to the right of the save room before the boss.

100% isn't the max though. Apparently you can get up to 100.1%. Stuck at 99.8% myself though and I have all the rooms mentioned here. Does anything else give map %?

So, the first one you're missing is right of the save point to the up right of the Entrance teleport. You need to enter from the room above it. Give me a few minutes to find the other one

Thanks i found it, would have taken me ages to find on my own 99.90% now, so only one room left i guess.

Found it! The last one you're missing is in the hidden Desert, to the utmost bottom left. I thionk it's the room with Rocky, the doberman dog head.
