How do I move my saved data to a new computer?

Please some one help me.
I would like to backup my save data.
What is the name of the saved data?
Are there any other files that need to be moved?

states that the save-game files are at:
%appdata%\TokyoDark\User Data\Default\

My guess is: Copy those files to a removable drive (USB-stick or similar), and copy them back to the other computer at the same location.

TEST before deleting anything!

For YOUR reference, this title does not support Steam cloud.
Stop giving "advice" of that kind.

Edit: Post I answered was removed. It advocated the use of Steam cloud.
