White screen with background music playing but no animation

when i launch it just shows a white screen but i hear the background fx and music. im running windows 10 980gtx intel i7 6k any one knows whats wrong?

If they can't make the game work on modern Operating Systems, they should remove the game from the Steam store.

read the system requirements, come to terms with them; now also consider that whatever issue you're having, it's not unique enough to have remained unsolved

In case there are still ppl looking for the fix. This should help:
go to game local files (right click on the game title in steam -> manage -> browse local files)
An explorer window should open with H:SA game files. There is a file named 'Hitman2.ini'. Open the file using notepad.exe. Find the line

DrawDll RenderD3D.dll

and change it to

DrawDll RenderOpenGL.dll

I hope it will fix your game.
