your link seems to be corrupted...

if you put in a reference to one of the playthroughs already posted in the Guides section here on the Steam game forum, it may be easier than if you link to an external source outside of Steam

if you're INSIDE a building anywhere in Red chapter, there should not be white clouds.

So perhaps a glitch of some kind? Try quitting out and replaying that section?

Thank you for the link, I didn't know. On that video I am stuck at 21:40. The clouds start at the entrance of the building and inside it's complete fog.

I already quitted and coming back multiple times but it's always the same.
Should I uninstall the game and reinstall? Or start over again hoping the glitch will go away?

I am not very techie, so not sure what to recommend here.

Because it sounds like the game isn't working properly for you.

Most likely then , that just starting a new game won't solve it for you.
So yes, maybe, your best option is to uninstall and reinstall.
Make sure to check after reinstalling that it has installed correctly, using the Steam 'Verify integrity' function.

(And if you don't know where that is: Right click on your game in the Library, choose 'Properties' / 'Installed files' / and click box: 'Verify integrity of game files')

I'll verify the integrity of the files, thanks for the tip. If it still doesn't work I'll install again hoping it will go away...
The strange thing is that I went through the building once and it was ok, and did everything until the end of the level. Now it's foggy but it wasn't the first time 🤷‍♀️

Well the files are considered as good by steam :(
I'll uninstall and reinstall. Btw Thank you for telling me where to verify the files i had no idea that function even existed

Sorry I couldn't help you any better - hope it works out for you :-)

Oh, and just in case you use SteamCloud backups or the like - make sure that you start a new game after you've reinstalled. So that if this is because of a bug in a previous save file, you don't risk it being put back into the game.

Just to tell u that after reinstalling and launching a new game everuthing worked fine :)

For anyone having the same problem : basically what happened is that when you complete the big wheel / windmill at the end of red there is an animation where you (and the buildings) go up in the sky. This results as every building below being in the clouds. So don't fall down after that. And if you do... launch a new game :/
