I was trying to get my last mementos on chapter 5 and after getting them the achievement didn't pop. So I reloaded ch5 to see if I missed any, and it said I hadn't collected any. so the game didn't register them. Also I noticed that the saving icon is always on display and it does not leave. Also when I try to quit to main menu, it stays on a white screen and I have to restart the game. Any fix for this?
