Mementos Collector

I have a big problem with this achievement. I took all the mementos, and you can see them on the walls, but when I enter the secret room to complete the Childhood achievement, it shows that I didn't get only one mementos.
I made screenshots and will publish them so that you can see and understand what is wrong.
Pls help ;(

It looks like it bugged out. Either your Steam game files are corrupted or your progress file is.

First I would suggest you to verify file integrity via right click on the game in the Steam library and go to local files and check if Steam wants to replace/repair some files. If yes, retry it in the game, if no, try out to backup your savefiles and replace it with mine (mine is fully unlocked all mementoes):

I used your saves and finally got this achievement! Thank you so much for your help
