I don't know if this is a bug or not. But in the Crystal palace area near the end, if you obtain the singing ability, and then chapter jump to anywhere else, and then replay any part of the palace prior to getting singing again, all flowers, birds, and butteryfly jump boost flowers stay sung to despite having not unlocked singing at that part of the game. It doesn't seem to allow any level skipping, but it having all the red on what is otherwise a dark blue scene is a bit jarring.

The game is crashing.
There is a part that the game hangs and I can not get past it
I closed the game, rebooted the pc, the steam and still the problem persists
My setup is
Windows 10, i3, 6GB RAM e 500GB HD.

by the steam information this game should run without any problem on this computer.

Someone could help me, I got in touch with Nodama but so far nothing. I did not want to have to ask for a refund, I do not think it's even better because I got to play for 2 hours.

A freezes the screen, but I still use the floor keys I hear her footsteps, and also hear and listen to the menu, but the image is frozen in that. (at) nomada.studio

now I do not even enter the stage, now when I click on continue it is loading and it hangs on a white screen, the game is passing behind but I can not see anything other than the blank screen.

I lost my save file. I was able to track down a GRIS folder from yesterday when I played the game. Inside there is folder named Save01 which contains Persistent.gs and Progress.gs and I started a new game to see if a new save file is created so I could replace its contents with the content of the first save and continue my game, however I can't find this Save01 new folder or even other save game files. Where are they? Is this even going to work?

By the way, first the game was in ENG and I got the white screen, then I downloaded the Media Pack and the game started but it was now in my language and not in ENG. Today, the game is ENG again and the white screen is indeed solved, but no save files, only Exit and New Game available.

Maybe I have to start all over...

Hi! I used the link provided in this thread for the Media Feature Pack and downladed it for my Windows version. This only occurs with versions of Windows from the EU, Switzerland and South Korea.

If you have a white screen but you can still hear sounds, it's probably a different problem, since the white screen I had occured immediately after selecting new game.

If you contacted Nomada Studio you have to be patient since they are very busy at the moment.

Meanwhile, you could try the Media Feature Pack, even if you're not in the affected region, it could help. Takes a while to install though.

Your computer seems fine, even though I would like to know the exact version of your Windows 10 and its graphics card.
In any case you could send us an email to hello(at)nomada.studio with your save game and explain us where were you in the game. You can find your save game folder "Save01" at: C:\Users\#USERNAME#\AppData\LocalLow\nomada studio\GRIS\#NUMBER#\

I think I was in the Green world, with the little rock guy following me. I was knocking apples off the trees and near the end of the level, the little rock guy glitches out and won't continue eating the apples. I attempted to get to another part of the level and disturb him, but no matter what when I would move away he would go back to glitching out. I'm assuming he is needed to progress through the level. If not, sorry for wasting your time!

I'm stuck on the menu screen. Tried everything on the keyboard, the mouse, the touchscreen. The only keys that worked were Alt+F4. Is this normal? Do I need a joystick for this game?

I was trying to get the 2nd star on the left side of the level and somehow ended up stuck. When I figured that I couldn't do anything, I decided to start a new game from the beginning. During my second run through I got stuck in the same area again...

The white screen issue is something I still have, though I am using Mac OS X and not Windows. Are there any solutions for Mac users, or do you reckon this coiuld be an issue with my graphics card (which for reference is quite outdated at this point)? I'm leaning towards the latter, but it seems that many users have had a white screen issue, and that I am not alone.

I've got the white screen error as well, but on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I can't install any media feature packs to attempt a fix because I'm not on the N or KN version of Windows 7.

I had a weird issue where audio in the game was glitching out when I used my Corsair hs70 (wireless), then the glitches stopped when I switched to another headset. It was like the audio was being muted/super quiet. I have used the corsair headset in other games and didn't have any problems.

I have the same issue, I even started from the beginning and is stuck in the same place in the green area :( have you already find a solution for this?

Anyone else having issues with this game crashing on their Mac? It's crashed 5 times in 20 minutes :( I wish I could play it, that's what I bought it for. So frustrating.
