If you're where I think you are, there should be 2 groups of red birds flying around the green platform.

It takes precise timing, but you have to wait until the birds are just beneath the green platform, then jump up into the birds and hold space to high jump up and float over to the platform.

When you're on top of it, wait until the birds circle back around above you, then jump and hold space again to high jump straight up. That will take you to a new area, where you'll see the disappearing platforms.

Thanks. The thing where you can super jump again if you do it in the middle of the red birds is not intuitive.
