Night Call
Game-Breaking Bug - There is no Killer? (Spoilers)
While I really enjoyed the game so far, I just encountered something strange: In my second case (the "Judge", randomized) it started to get a little bit weird: First I got conflicting hints about the murderer:

According to my clues, the murderer is definitely taller than 1,80m and - at the same time - also smaller than 1,80m.

I thought maybe one of the clues is just (supposed to be) unreliable and I checked, where I got those from. Same source: Both are from "cops", both are confirmed by different sources.

It should not matter too much: The killer should be < 1,80m, since ALL available suspects are. (In this case clues about height might not be the most helpful.) Therefore I didn't spend too much time on it - later on it appeared somewhat relevant though.

I played through the whole case, was quite sure I got my suspects, pointed him out at the end to Busset and ... it was wrong!

Well, I was surprised. Really thought I had him. Was actually a neat experience. So I really misinterpreted some clues and it was that other guy?

So I reloaded, pointed at suspect Nr. 2 and - nope. Not him either. Well, I seem to be a horrible detective!

Since I now _really_ wanted to know, who actually did it, I repeated this for every available suspect:

There is no murderer. ALL available suspects are the wrong choice and get the "bad" ending.

There is no solution. This really undermines the whole "murder-mystery"-thing. All the combining of clues, all the speculation was pointless in the end.

If this had been my first run (as "the judge" is supposed to be, I guess) I probably would have refunded the game right then & there. This was a really disappointing experience.

I don't know what happened. I could speculate, that the game had a little hickup while "chosing" the murder (therefore also generating conflicting hints) or did not give the right choice of suspects (one gets removed during the first days, although that one didn't seem to fit the clues either).

The Devs might want to take a look at this. After a great first impression (first case "angel of death" worked fine, was fun) this kinda killed (murdered?!) the game for me, since a whole playthrough without any solution feels somewhat pointless.

This happened to me as well. Tried all 4 suspects and got the "bad intel - wrong suspect" ending each time. I assumed I didn't collect enough clues to trigger it, but sounds like this is a bug.

Apparently, clues should have been enough as I got 2 clues from the gun shop lady. And also picked the correct killer the 1st time, but got the "bad ending". Went back and tried the other 3 people. I replayed a 2nd time thinking I didn't get enough clues, but failed again so went online and learned I picked the right killer the 1st time.
Same here. Playing now on Xbox and all suspects are the bad ending where I am framed as the killer. Idk what to do. I have clues all over my board. 😞
