Bus will not go above 20 using automatic transmission

Holding down full acceleration the bus never goes above 20 on the speedometer. I can hear the gears shifting once or twice getting up to 20, but then it just gets stuck at that speed.

Is there some kind of speed limiter control that I need to disable?

You can't use auto-assign for throttle and brakes to triggers. You need to specify a different trigger for both throttle and brake.
