Tricolour Lovestory English Side Stories broken

When launching Tricolour Lovestories English version on steam and going to the side stories options it will pop up an error message but not when launching it in Chinese. I tried to uninstall the game, verify the files and those don't work to fix it. Is there any way to fix side stories?

Does anyone have any ENG version saves on the start of Sidestory?
Or could anyone with working Sidestory (Chapter Zero) upload the "savedata" folder with the save at the start of the ENG version of Chapter Zero Sidestory?

I played it long ago but after some updates in Steam it gives an exception when trying to access Sidestory menu.

1. Tried to fully reinstall the game and all addons from Steam - didn't helped.
2. Removed the savedata folder and replaced it with chapter5_violet.zip from file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Tricolour%20Lovestory/help.html - didn't helped.
3. CN version of the game runs the Sidestory OK, tried to save and move save of Sidestory from savedata/chs to savedata/en folder - didn't helped.
4. Tried to set System Regional Settings to English (US) with full delete and reinstall - didn't helped
