I preordered the Founders Edition and didn’t get the game.
Hello. My name is Misha Kastrilevich. I preordered the Founder’s Edition back in 2019, paying $90 for a PS4 version. I even sent a photo to be put up in game (I don’t know if it’s in the game or not). During the development of the game, I was informed that Xsolla would be handling pre-orders for the game. This was in 2022 and by that time, I have lost access to the email I used to preorder.

I tried to contact Xsolla in order to change the email and they told me that they needed a bank statement. I was 19 at the time of purchase and didn’t keep the bank statement so I couldn’t show them. They asked for the card number that I used which I also lost access to. I don’t remember what bank I was with in 2019 or my card number. Without those two, Xsolla said there was nothing I could do to confirm the purchase.

The only thing I still had was my founder code which I kept safe but they said that I couldn’t use that as proof that I had purchased it. I tried to email Mundfish in early 2023 about it got no reply. At that point, I just accepted the fact that I wasn’t going to get my game or a refund and I moved on, having never bought and played the game when it came out.

I recently saw on YouTube the trailer for the new DLC so I wanted to tell my story here in the hopes that Mundfish will see this and try to make it right. I remember seeing the first trailers for Atomic Heart in 2018 and being hyped for it. As a Russian American myself, it was exciting to me a game that has so many elements of my culture. I showed my dad the game and he was excited too. Then this whole situation happened and it became clear that I would not get the game I was excited for.

TL;DR, I preordered the founders edition. I lost access to the email used and card used for purchase. Xsolla was no help. I’m hoping Mundfish will see this.
