The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 was released in two main variants: one with 3 GB and one with 6 GB VRAM12. There was no official version with 4 GB VRAM. However, some manufacturers may have offered special models or variants, but these would not be the standard versions of the GTX 1060.

There were a lot of them on Aliexpress back in the days. Basically, Nvidia released 4gb 1060 for chinese internet cafes for some reason, and after some time they flooded ali and other chinese ecoomerce platforms. I personally have seen people sell pre-builts with 1060 4gb and xeons for cheap.
