Is mission "Enemy Unknown" bugged?
Every time I try to use the 'distance indicators', it takes me to a corner outside of the play area. This... um... bites. Am I reading them wrong? How can I get past this mission?

This sounds weird, it never happened to me during testing.

I'm sorry but I have to ask: are you sure you are reading the meter right? The nearer you are to a a clue, the shorter the bar gets.

Also, you should have at least two ships, since this makes much easier to locate the clues, as you can sort of 'triangulate' their position.

That said, the issue you are having presents itself on which clue? The first? And you are led to the same corner every time or does it change?

Thanks!

Nope, was reading 180 degrees out of phase. I was reading it like signal strength where 0% was weak and 100% was right on top of the target. Will try it 'backwards'. Thanks for the different perspective. :-)

No problem. I see how it might be kinda counter-intuitive :-)

FYI, did beat the mission after that. So, only suggestion might be a line or two of dialogue from the AI saying the shorter the meter the closer you are to the target and then one of the pilots snapping off something like "I know how to read a distance meter." :-)

That would actually be a nice touch :-) I will use your idea as soon as I publish an update.

Thanks!
