Steam Controller don't work
Even when I turn SC off/on during the game it works for about half a sec and then stops to respond.

Ah kinda same.. trying with a ps4 controller but won't work at all. Did you find a fix?

Well, for those who have the same problem: I was having the same issue, not being able to play via a controller, so I started playing with the keyboard at first, and arround chapter 4, for some reason, I could play with my controller (could be a bit before or after chapter 4)
So if your controller isn't recognise by the game, try this maybe it will work for you as well
