The best batting in a cricket game for me was EA cricket 2005 imho as you could really build an innings in a test match, and leaving the ball was just as satisfying as playing it. OK so the shots were very limited but at least you had control over the decisions you made as a batsman. DBC didn't feel controlled at all imho.
Against spinners you need to stand inside the crease, move the batsman back while in stance, then you can leave freely
What I mean is, when I press the leave button, the batsmen just does a standard leave animation, even if the ball is pitched short, so the ball hits him in the arm, shoulder or head.
It would be nice to know if I could duck.
