lag
i have high end pc- i can play any game on ultra and have never experinced lag on a game expect for this game. i use no mods what so ever please fix it asap

Playing this game in 2024, the lag with huge inventory stash still remains. It can be controled a bit if you sell all items with 50% condition and below, which can free up your inventory considerably. If lag is still unbearable, you will have to sell more stuff I guess... So, still no optimization here.

It'll never get fixed. It's an inventory bug issue that they never figured out and then they moved onto the new version of the game. You don't 'have' to sell off all your inventory though... just store it into the warehouse. Be aware that there is also a warehouse room one bug... storing too much into the first (default) room when entering the warehouse menu will cause loss of parts. Best to only use it for something you only keep a handful of and store everything else in the other rooms--found in the drop down list. Also, only keep in personal inventory what you need for working on your current project. The rest into warehouse.

Another thing some of us found--regarding lag--is the game 'seems' to be better optimized to run in the 1080p resolution. That may or may not be a placebo affect... idk. That's just what several of us observed.
