Hi meetnik, the game is already saved in the cloud just not the steam cloud, so if you switch to another pc your progress should be synchronised as soon as you lock in (it is still tied to your steam account).

The russian translations might come in the future, I am currently focused on my next game School of Magic, but I wanted to do an update when it releases, I might just add russian translations then (But I do not promise anything).

That should be useful. But in properties I don't see any infowmation about cloud save... Also in library and game page. Maybe it's only for russian region.
