Yeah. But I found the cause of the odd issue---I installed a mod patch called DDMK. There is this function in the mod where it allows the use of Freestyle, which, unfortunately, blocks Stinger.

Ahhh on DMC3, try an older version like 2.6 beta 2 hotfix.

Is the latest version of DDMK broken or something?

Kinda, also just unmaintained. The modder probably gave up on modding it for some reason. Also it added some unnecessary extras that somehow forgot the basic fundamental of the mod which is just Style Switching while the rest are just vanilla.
Weapon Switcher kinda corrupts the save file as well when it comes to the original Ubisoft Port/Steam delisted version and probably here too.

Same question in which why I prefer the older version in which Style/Weapon Switcher are separate checkboxes. Also I quite don't like the UI version of the Divinity Shop.
