I played Skyrim with Steam Link on Quest 2, both wired and wireless. It wasn't the best, but it was playable. Now that 3 is out, I'm confident Skyrim VR would run decent-great on 3 and 3S.

I already have the non vr version, does this version come with all the already released content?

i haven't got the game to launch once, ive uninstalled, reinstalled the game nad steam vr, tried both in and out of beta, i even tried multiple vr headsets, the game just wont start, can someone please help me out
