Added visual feedback when the game encounters an error during the initial loading screen

Changes:
Pressing Enter when the chat is open and the input is empty will now close the chat UI
Did a bunch of kill-feeding, so now the kill feed should be big and strong again

Bugfixes:
Fixed a bug that prevented the match end screen from showing if you had the emote wheel or the game settings windows open as the match ends
