Game crashes when trying to start mission?

I cannot play the game at all as soon as I try to start the mission either SWAT or Terrorist the game closes up. Windows 10 64-bit RTX 3060. Any idea what I can do to fix it?

Replacement movies

The movies that come with this game use a codec that is not very friendly to modern versions of Windows (especially with Windows 8/10).
