As a fan of the Portal series, I found this game to be a refreshing new addition. The new test chambers, captivating storyline, and inventive puzzle elements are seamlessly woven into the established world, making the experience feel like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ expansion. The level design is meticulous, offering challenges that are both clever and satisfying. Whether you're a longtime fan or new to the series, the creativity and attention to detail in this game make it a must-play for puzzle enthusiasts.

I have no words. This mod is perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed playing it and recommend it to anyone who loves the original Portal 2.

I love the developers at Second Face Software for how they enhanced the graphics of Portal 2 using Screen Space Reflections, making it even more beautiful and atmospheric. The level designers clearly knew how to create stunning areas within the levels, so you often find yourself stopping to admire the gorgeous lighting and detailed environments.

Speaking of the levels and puzzles, I enjoyed them just as much as I did in Portal 2. They're not overly difficult, just as engaging and not frustrating. You start with something simple and gradually move on to more complex puzzles. This is perfect for any players who just want to enjoy the game, unlike Portal Stories: Mel, where you're hit with challenging levels right from the start, making it less enjoyable to play.

The story is also quite interesting. The events take place after Portal 1, after Chell destroys GLaDOS. You play as a test subject, helping a module in exchange for the promised freedom.

I'm grateful to the developers for their love for the project and for creating a game for regular players, not just hardcore fans. Thank you.

If you enjoyed Portal 2, Portal: Revolution is a must-try! The game’s level design is spot-on, with a well-balanced difficulty curve that keeps you engaged from start to finish. The voice acting is fantastic, adding a layer of immersion that elevates the entire experience. The graphics and atmosphere are equally impressive, especially the decaying, run-down environments, which add an extra layer of immersion.

Though I did find myself relying on walkthroughs a couple of times during the mid-game, the majority of the puzzles were challenging yet rewarding to solve. My absolute favourite part was Chapter 7: The Collision—the laser mechanics introduced there are brilliant, and I wish that chapter had been longer to explore even more possibilities!
