Rules Regarding Spoilers - Read Before Posting.
Hey folks,

With a new episode out today we understand it's exciting to talk about what happened and to start theorycrafting and to share art and videos to the community hub.

However, as many players won't have played the game yet, we have a few short rules that we'll ask you to follow:

- If creating a thread containing or about Spoilers, the thread title MUST include the word [SPOILERS] and the [SPOILERS] must be placed BEFORE the Spoiler is mentioned in the thread title (Not after).

- If discussing spoilers in a thread that is not clearly marked as a Spoiler thread, consider whether it is necessary to delve into spoilers. If it is, Please use the spoiler tags to hide the relevant text
Spoiler text
- Spoiler discussions in threads marked as spoiler threads do not require require the spoiler tags
Spoiler text
- Fanart and Game Screenshots that contain spoilers must be marked as such. Spoiler content will be hidden from the hub until you've added tags.

- Malicious spoiling will result in a permanent ban.
- Accidentally created spoiler threads without the proper formatting will result in the thread being deleted. If it was a genuine mistake, action will generally not be taken against you if you make an effort to fix the mistake.

These rules will remain in effect in perpetuity, even a year or more from now as new players will still then be discovering the game on a daily basis.

Please report malicious spoiling through the forum report function and we'll try and stay on top of things together.

Happy Theorycrafting!

Im just afraid that some people dissatisfatied with denuvo Will be Using Personal Messaging for spoilers. So i Suggest nobody playing the game visits the steam of this until they are finished.
Thank you for posting this, but I've already catched spoilers. :steamsad:
So about doinga let's play, would that require a spoiler disclaimer before each episode?

That's Youtube - we can't control that. These rules relate to the Steam forums in particular.
Alright, well would you like me to do a 'spoiler alert, if you haven't played the game yet, you should check it out first" Kind of thing like undertale did? Because I can still prep for that if you would like. Courtesy to developer is a big thing. :)

Ah, appreciate you asking! :) I think A short "Spoiler Alert" at the start of the video would be great - most people won't need it, but even if you manage to save 5 people from being spoiled accidentally, it will have been worth it :)
I'll make sure to do that! Thank you for your hard work in developing this game, I'm sure many people will love it. :)

Thanks for the kind words, looking forward to finally getting people to play it and see it for themselves! :)

the game is still crashing everytime I launch it so what should I do + i've checled the tech fourm and it didn't do me any good
Thanks very much for that, and to everyone at Square and Deck Nine for your hard work on this game. I'm really enjoying it so far, its instantly recognisable as Life is Strange and I was pleasantly surprised how natural it felt to just pick up and play.

Thanks, its great to be here :-)

Just a heads up for everyone re spoilers: if you enclose text in spoiler tags it doesn't blank out the tagged text in the preview pop-up when you mouse-over the subject in the topic list.

If you've spoiler tagged the first few sentences within a new post, expect it to show up clear as day when someone mouses-over your subject. Nice one Steam!

I know you should mark the subject as a spoiler anyway but I just discovered this and was rather surprised.
