Be aware that doing any of the following might make the game look like dogshiii, so take screenshots of your settings if you made any custom settings in case you want to revert anything
If you cleaned your PC and it still gets loud, check all the options that mention the "GPU" as the game is really heavy on that (even in the lobby V2 takes 70% of my GPU, more than any other game)
I would also advise to open the Task Manager (just type "task manager" in the windows search to find it) and look at what is going up while V2 is open, aka compare to before it opens and after you loaded into the hub to tinker more precisely to what your PC may struggle with
You can also screw around with the option AMD FidelityFX super resolution (for me "quality" gives the best results, no idea why) and Nvidia reflext low latency (for me got "enabled + boost" on and capped at 60fps as I dont need more)
See what combination is best for your PC because in my experience it is totally random because you'd think "less resolution = PC works less" but apparently that isnt the case (at least for my PC)
And if the above hasnt helped still, you can use this guide to know where to edit the configs of the game inside the files to turn it to values you couldnt get in-game so you get better performance

Hope this helps
