This high a fuel climb just for 1 mortar? By the time I even got one mortar the japanese got small tanks. And the chinese get to put out a lot of useless targets, which just gives japan more points. I know china got beat up pretty bad in ww2, but this is suppose to be a game there's suppose to be some balance. China can't do anything cause the building and even a mortar squad is tremendously expensive. And what can they do to tanks early on? Or anything heavy armor... They got nothing. I can't even win ...

And probably britain too, china was getting beat down hard the height of the pacific was the pacific campaign they could of just included usa and made a few pacific changes. Just feels like a slaughter all the time, japan is to good and china can't even get a mortar team off the ground....
