In both boiling point and now xenus2whitegold, the games windowed mode is straight up incorrect. Plain and simple.

4:3 should be almost square, not rectangle like an index card

the only way to get it square like its supposed to look, is by using dxwrapper. Shame i have to use it YET AGAIN for this game that uses a completely different game engine.

and although i purchased the game through steam, i had to spend MORE money to aquire the retail version as well. Because steams DRM dissallows 4gb patcher and nvidia freestyle. Both of which i got are working right this second on this retail version that im playing

i really wish steam didnt make it harder for me to play games to my liking. Its the same as buying games through the windows store. all locked down and DRM'ed..

are you guys aware that ALL old games have 2gb ram ceiling? And it can easily be turned off with a simple switch inside the executable.. The filesize of the executable remains the same size but STEAM wont allow it to launch any more.. Ridiculous! But games like boiling point, xenus 2, precursors, all benefit from removing this cap. See NTcore 4gb patcher. It patches any application. It even makes a backup of the original file. Yes boiling point, xenus2, and precursors all are limited to a maximum of 2gb address space.

does any1 know why community patch says all patches are included then just a few lines later he says "make sure to install 1.01 patch first" like what???
