not sure if this will work for everyone, I'm playing the Game Pass version on a GTX 1660ti laptop, but I was experiencing a horribly unstable framerate that (while entirely playable) only seldom hit 60fps, until I turned off the in-game framerate limit and set it to "Maximum" while keeping vsync on. Now it runs perfectly.

(I also tried the 30fps framerate limiter out of curiosity, and that didn't seem to be a steady 30 either, so it seems like both the 30fps and 60fps options are broken)
