Did you try alt enter to force fullscreen?
I was also wondering how good this game looks on PC at high resolutions. I only play at 4k now so it is a must for me.
Some games automatically adjust to the desktop resolution so maybe that is why there are no options. Sorry if I can't suggest more. I am not a console game guy so don't know much about ports to PC.

Thanks for your help but I managed to fix and change the display/graphic settings by connecting my PC to my monitor via DVI and HDMI. I don't understand why I can't change the settings when connected via Display Port.

I believe the DisplayPort cable has different throughput(hertz/gigbits per sec)/refresh rate limitations) than DVI and HDMI. It could also be a driver issue. Sometimes uninstalling the graphics drivers with DisplayPort cable hooked up and then reinstalling the drivers while the DisplayPort is hooked up may fix that. Glad you got things working now. 😉😁

I noticed a rather interesting thing. When I have headphones plugged in (via USB), after starting the game, the menu is completely broken. I can't set the resolution etc. However, when I unplugged the headphones and restarted the game, the problem disappeared. Maybe this will help someone if they have the problem mentioned in this thread
