Hospital Pass Required for Sandbox, but Cannot Acquire
I recently made a new sandbox game and when coming back to continue playing it I was not able to because I needed a Hospital Pass. This was weird because I've never had this pass or used items from it in my hospital. I looked everywhere and could not find where to get this. Old discussions, the Wiki, and even Sega's official website pointed me to a page that no longer exists. I could not find a way to contact Sega either. HOW DO I PLAY MY GAME THAT I PAID FOR this is crazy. I'm fine if they retired the hospital pass - I don't care about the golden toilet - but there's no way they just forgot about sandbox. Please how do I sign up or get in contact with them??

I can't confirm if this actually works as I got the Hospital Pass years ago, but based on posts I've read on the TPC forums made quite recently, it should do:

First you should create an account (assuming you haven't already got one) at Two Point County Community[community.twopointcounty.com], then go back to the community main page[community.twopointcounty.com] and login if not already, then click the present icon in the top right. On this next page you'll see a banner saying "Claim your freebies!" with a button on the right of it labelled "Synchronize". Click that and link your Steam account and you should then be given the Hospital Pass DLC on Steam and can continue on with Sandbox (as well as being able to use the Golden Shitter).
