I'm currently trying to finish the building mastery quest and my next task is to reach lvl 8 in dwarven manor, but I already reached it and it doesn't register. what can I do to finish it?
I already tried crafting every dwarven manor building and even transfering to other server. nothing of it helped.
I really wanna finish this quest since it is my goal

Sounds like the quest is bugged.
You have small a chance it will complete after you've unlocked every last Dwarven Manor component.

If not, you'll run into the brick wall that is a game that's still being sold years after any development or support for it ended.
