Have you been able to follow the steps recommend by Ubi-Massilia, above?
Please make sure to follow the steps in our troubleshooting guide[ubi.li]. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.
You mentioned that nothing happens when launching the game. Just to confirm, does this mean no error messages, and no change whatsoever when clicking the play button?
