Movement speed too fast

I'm wondering if the movement speed on the original PS2 version was normal cause this version is a tad bit too fast.
And if it was normal how would I fix the speed on this version.

ya move speed in ps2 was like 30-50% slower.

They upped player movement speed in Last Recode as part of the QoL changes they made. I wasn't really a big fan of it either. Wish they would've added a way to play the game how it was on the PS2 versions. EXP gain is also higher in this version.
