The console is for customization, control, its gives you the power to do with the game whatever you choose. Do you seriously think having more options is a bad thing? You might wanna become a console pleb then. ♥♥♥♥ tier reasoning at its best right here. Im also not the only one complaining, just google "hello neighbour fov".
And dont give me that "FOV works fine for everyone" ♥♥♥♥♥, as i said before all you have to do is google "Hello Neighbour FoV" to see that thats certainly not the case.
custom keybinds dont need to be done by the console
if you run into errors you report it to the devs so they can fix it
And in fact yes custom keybinds do need to be done via ini or console, want to rebind your controller? Want to have jump on space and MB4? Well too bad.
And why should i wait for the devs to fix a simple issue i could fix right now on the spot?
Get stuck in object -> open console -> noclip -> unstuck = skip 5 minutes of redoing the exact same thing i just did.
I cant believe im having a discussion whether or not a console should be available in any game. If i wanted to be locked into the experience with no control whatsoever id have bought a mac or a console.
if a part is too hard then get good, actually learn how to do it
