Go to the game's folder in your C:\ drive (or wherever you have it is you have this stored). Should be in C:\ -> Program Files (x86) -> Steam -> Steamapps -> Common -> Caeser 4 Find the RegisterDLL batch (.bat) file. Run it as Admin (right click, then select "Run as Administrator." A command prompt window should pop up for a few seconds. Then, scroll through that same folder (should be above it just a bit) and run the "Caesar IV" file as admin. That's it. It should start immediately....
