So i been trying to get Return to Ravenhearst, Huntsville, prime suspects and madame fate to work after buying the entire collection on steam. They simply do not launch. I even contacted Big Fish who informed me win 10 is the issue. BS! I just replaced all their exes with other versions i found online and they work perfectly. I have informed Big Fish to get their support teams to fix their BROKEN EXES!!!...

I have paid for Return to Ravenhurst but when I go to play it a message pops up that says I need a security key? I haven't received an email with one, and the transaction went through ok so I'm wondering what this key is? Thanks for your help.

Your monitor is at an resolution higher then the game was made for. The only solution is to lower the resolution to 800x600. Only then will you get the correct resolution for the game and fill the screen in a 4:3 format.

I've tried starting this game multiple times, uninstalling it, checking other apps to make sure theyre compatible, and it still doesnt work. How could I fix this problem?

I can't find anything online about this, but is there any kind of secret ending or New Game+ content? I just ask because of some odd things left over. For one, in the credits there's a weird message at the end about blind mice, cardinal directions, 6 o'clock, and the capital letters spell out PHONE. There was a door in the library we couldn't get through; I tried the axe on it before busting open the window, and it said you can't go through here... yet. I don't understand what is up with the record we let ...
