pls help me my game cashes in the loading screen and i don´t know how to fix it

Maybe it`s not helping you, but i have a similar problem.
I`m running windows 32 bit and I guess you need the 64 bit version to run the game.
Do you know what windows version you have got?

I`ve got windows 7 64 bit now, but still got problems.
When trying to run/start the game it says that it will install unreal engine 4... after thats completed succesfully the game still doesn`t start...?
Hope anyone has suggestions for me... ?

Ok, finally it works for me...
Had several (at least 8!) Microsoft C++ installed and I don`t know why?!? :)
But after deleting them all and reinstalled it directly from the Microsoft Page the game works for me now ... :)
Before that i also had to get all available updates for my windows... Took about a hour to download and install them all, but was worth it... ;)

What are the steps for a novice? Go to Microsoft and download updates? Thanks trying to get this working for my son.

My game will open to the menu, but if I try to join a game it goes to the loading screen and then crashes, please help! I want to play this game with my freinds

so i installed it about 6 times and still does not work.

yo can someone help me it sais to download a C++ 2015 and i click yes. then it downloads and sais succesfully downloaded. after that it does nothing and i cant start the game. can someone help????

i mean i do have 64 bit and windows 7 like it said in requirements

guys I just fixed this yesterday
I downloaded the 2015 runtime driver from microsoft then went into uninstall a program uninstalled the c++ 2015 64bit version that was already on my computer and then installed the updated driver I had just downloaded
That seemed to fix it
