How do I change the key bindings?
I am using a steering wheel, but I can't accelerate at all, no matter what button I push.

You will need to download the control software for your wheel, then launch that before starting the game

Mine doesn't have one. This game won't let me change the buttons for even a steering wheel. I can't even accelerate. Please help.

thats because real cars use a gas pedal to accelerate not cars

When you start the game up in steam you have the option to click on controller setup, there you will find the key bindings
