Accusations of alting of people have been thrown around forever, and misapplied to new plays more than ever. I do agree it is out of control. For instance, someone steals a tank from the frontline (ie. a locked parked tank) and drives it to a frontlines to fight and promptly dies, generally people will call that an alt, even though it could easily be a new player who took a tank and got it killed. I do think that devs should take a closer look at outlier regiments who have a history of kick voting people beyond what is normal or out of the ordinary.

From my experience there are 2 types of bans, in game reports and reports on the website. A in game report is equivalent to a vote kick and is rarely looked at by a real person, and website reports are usually reviewed by a real person. Most likely the op was mass reported with in game reports, and vote kicked. If this is the case, if you file a report of the clan that did this with a website report and provide sufficient evidence you could probably get them permabanned.

Wait a minute I might've been there, and weren't you the guy who got told to not use the artillery on the Great Warden Dam case you can only 1 Dam by the keep?
And you resulted in blowing up a pallet of 150 shells and even as far as to say region chat "kill pinoys" and that they are subhuman in voice chat?
Didn't have a recording but I do have a screenshot of you saying kill pinoys at least.

Long story short, careful about being toxic as if they recorded you, which leads to you being banned permanently, you basically fighting fire with fire.

Which is why we advise people even new players to keep records of everything, not saying they should just take the beating, its better to have a stack of evidence.

Question is are you permanently banned for simply banned for an hour in increments?

There's 2 types of bans after all
One is submitting evidence through the site which an actual human even a dev would check if everything checks out for "alting", massive toxicity and even as griefing (which is mostly alting)

and the other is more of a massive report system that requieres multiple players at least 8-10 to get someone banned for an hour for first offenders, and 5 players for a weapons/driving/building restrict etc.

Both can be appealed but the latter is rarely removed by the dev team one example is WLL Kronus with ACA mass reporting him everytime he is in game as he is a streamer (special treatment if you can call it that since well he streams.)

It sucks when that happens and it is wholly unfair.
I can recommend getting an auto-recording software to capture bad behaviour, which you can use to submit reports to the devs, or to challenge a ban on yourself (usually not useful for a temporary ban as the time the devs take to respond is usually way longer than the duration of your temporary ban).

I know it feels horrible, but if you are consistently vote-kicked by the same people, it is best to simply move to another hex; it is not worth your aggravation and it is a battle you can't win.

Just passing through, but as someone with experience into stuff like this, usually the one with the private profile is the one in the wrong. The tactic of hiding your profile backfires more than usual now adays. We don't need to look through your profile anymore. We can just look into your steam ID to find out what you have and what bans you have. So honestly, there is no point to having a private profile other than to scream "I'm guilty."
