what are the chances for this game to go on a sale in psn store during halloween or should i just get it now, i dont want to wait for nothing lol

Can anyone provide an update on whether the issue of game saves and player choices not transferring correctly between seasons has been resolved? I want to start playing the game, but i'm concerned about whether it will work properly.

how i get the achieviments? I did what asked but I didn't receive it, can anyone help me?

It shows purchased but not downloading in the menu when i click them and each time I try to download any episode it says "content failed to download". I tried reinstalling a couple of times but it didn't work. I also don't have any previous save files as i haven't played the game before. What do i do?...
