Items I drop inside my house reset position when I reload the save
the objects I drop inside the house reset their position when I reload the save... Is there a mod to fix this thing or am I doing something wrong?

I use this to put things where I want them to be.

I tried it today but every time I load the save I find the item in the place where I first dropped it.

You may need to position them a little above the surface you want them on due to the way things are designed. I got stuff where I put it hundreds of game hours ago.
The game not going to save the items positions until you reload a save. So the best you can do is drop the items in your house that you want to decorate with. Leave the house, quick save and reload that save. Go back inside and you can move the items and it will stay on the spot where you place them.

Did you lock cell, after making changes?

I gave up from trying long time ago. Physics can mess up any building. These days I just use my trusty broom (a mod) to clean up the mess.

Yeah if you do as i said every item going to stay where you place them. Thats for non moded Skyrim of course.

This is why I use Jazon's Positioner - or at least the converted version for the SE Edition.

No more worries about stuff I placed falling to the floor, and everything can be placed precisely where I want it with pinpoint accuracy.
