Breezehome entrance
New computer (upgraded). Had to reload everything. Everytime I unlock the door to Breezehome game quits and kicks me out to my Steam library page. Already furnished house. Never a problem before.

From the look of this, at least from what I might be able to tell, this might be a mod compatablity issue,

If i was you, I'd try to see what mods you installed for Breezehome and read each mod description for any notes of incompatablity issues.

Either that, or I dont know.

Hope you fix the problem.
I have no mods for Breezehome, but am still trying to solve the problem.

A mod doesnt have to be for a specific thing, in order for it to affect it. Happens all the time, where a mod causes bugs and crashes interacting with something not related to the mod.

So you bought breezehome? Do you have lydia as a Housecarl? Could it be Lydia causing the problem trying to start her initial greeting?

How much "Stuff" do you already have in Breezehome ?
Then add how much are you carrying into Breezehome?
If Lydia cannot carry it all ... that's why she kicks you out of game.

Lighten game load and you may have more success.

I'd verify files in steam, could be missing some files. Just be aware if you're modded up, it could cause an update of the game.

Do you use any weapon mods? If you've displayed a weapon from a mod in the house, then removed the mod, you could of broken the interior of breezehome.
Just met Lydia. Did not need her to accompany me. Haven't been inside Breezehome (hence the need to unlock the door), so nothing taken into house.
you can install one of the various crash logger utilities, but if a cell approach or transition causes a CTD it's almost always a mod, sometimes solvable by a little load order shuffle, other times the offender has got to go or be overwritten by a patch to accommodate it...

try this, go to some other city like Riften, 'pcb' since you've never been inside yet you won't need to sleep for days... then teleport inside 'coc whiterunbreezehome' ... if this CTDs you, it's a mod or corrupted game resource file.

don't forget anything that's modifying anything inside the cell can cause it, not specifically breezehome related, could be a mod that updates meshes/textures for furniture that's inside, who knows besides you what you're doing? :-)
reloaded Skyrim Anniversary Edition and started new game after verifying bad files. Same problem. No trouble entering the house I purchased outside of town. Still working on it.
It is likely that there is a leftover mod file or files that are still effecting your game, as simply verifying or reinstalling will not fix that. Your best bet is to do a clean reinstall. To do so, follow this guide EXACTLY and do everything it says to the letter:
https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2743619856

And DO NOT clean or edit the Master files or any Creation Club content.

Good luck!

Could be a mesh issue. Perhaps you installed a mod that edits some item in the house, while not the house itself.
