CTD after winning the civil war (imperial)

After killing Ulfric in his castle, General Tullius says he will give a speech and goes into a room on the left. I follow him and after advancing through a room the game does a CTD. I tried checking the game files but it keeps happening.

After defeating Ulfric (and Galmar), the quest will update after Tulius' dialog regarding a speech. He will them exit through the main entrance and stand before the troops and give a speech. He shouldn't exit through any other door.

Reload to a save prior to executing Ulfric and try again. Wait for all dialog queue's to complete and and updated quest status.

I'd assume they meant Crash To Desktop. CTD is a fairly common acronym in regards to computer programs. And in the context supplied, it doesn't seem like they meant something different.

Tulio was heading for some reason to a generic npc's cell and stayed there. Luckily it doesn't affect the quest but I couldn't see the speech.
Pretty strange.

I'm sorry. But it serves you right for siding with those Imperial (REDACTED!) who have invaded our fair lands.
Says me... A blue Khajiit roaming the lands with my BFF, that blue Khajiit Inigo. Who doesn't seem that bothered that I'm also a werewolf. 8-\\...
