I'm not sure if I should report this as a bug but the gap where I'm trying to shoot at the left side of the green water is just a fraction too high and seems impossible to do (I've tried with both weapons). I'm pretty sure I'm attempting the correct move but if you could at least tell me if I should be doing it a different way that would help. So I just got the game and started it up with both my keyboard/mouse and a PS3 controller. No key or button could get past the "Press Start" page, though I did just that on my usual gaming pad (PS3 controller), nor pressing Enter or Space on the keyboard. The game wasn't frozen; I just couldn't activate a start button. Couldn't Esc out either, had to force quit both times I tried. My computer is a 2015 Macbook Pro. Any suggestions?...

I would like a way to see all the levels, even if they're locked. It would allow me to replay previous levels and also give me an idea of how far I've progressed in the game as a whole. At the moment I'm on 1-16 and I have no idea how much further I have to go either in the game or in this section....
