First off start trying to go left as soon as you hit the switch that opens the claws and drops the box so as to give yourself enough time to have the box land in front of you rather than behind or on you, and then jump on and from it over the saw, "at the right time". That right time is going to take a few tries to figure out but it is in fact the way.
I'm replaying this currently and I must say... still find it as pretty as I did originally, but this thing with sometimes seemingly needing near microsecond timing sort of spoils it for me. There's more instances of this just ahead: I like to solve a puzzle and then have solved it; not do it 10+ times until I also get the timing just right...
The achievements can be difficult, I know it myself. However, take your time, as they're not going anywhere. The Steam Community has a LOT of guides to get them, naturally. Practice the game, you'll get them slowly but surely. I'm playing the game right now, and I'm going to get them myself. The achievement that will be a challenge is the one where you must beat the game in five deaths or less. I already died in-game once. It's not a big deal.
Best of luck, friend! You can do it!
