Report a translation problem
The game does not have its own fps limiter, so you would need to limit the fps to 30 or 60. Some people with Windows 11 machines have trouble getting the game to load. There are tons of threads every week in this forum that will give you tips on how to get it running.

I used to recommend some Island Paradise guides, but it turns out all I had to do with my first family on that World was move the houseboat families to inland homes and delete the Scott family (that also lives on a houseboat).
This next one is also good for just launching the game. It will do a cleanup of the extra stuff that accumulates in certain cache files before it launches the game.

I've never used any mods for this game and it runs very well for me now that I've limited the fps to 30. However, a lot of people like the NRAAS mods from the NRAAS site.
The game is amazing and has only gotten better every time I've purchased a new DLC. I highly recommend it.
