try this

Task Manager -> Right click on Sims 3 -> Go to details -> Set Affinity -> Select CPU 1 ONLY and try to launch again

So i try that that you told me still nothing .
Always when i get inside sims 3 everything seems good but when i open the world they write down to me this !
''A serious error has occurred while loading 'Starlight Shores,world' . It is strongly recommended that you restart the application .
I do indeed clean the steam file's from game i do restart the game , uninstall it .
Still nothing please if someone let me know if not i am gonna send mail to steam i want my money back .
In first day i play around 40 min no problem, after that second day nothing works anymore .

It's most likely from One Drive. Here is a post from Reddit that explains the issue and offers some solutions:

Before you follow the solutions in that thread, drag your Sims 3 folder to a safe place (this will be your backup) before you disable or uninstall One Drive. When it's safely off your system, start the game (this will regenerate folders), then reintroduce the folders from your backup /Sims 3 folder into your MyDocuments/ElectronicArts/Sims3 folder.

I tried what you are suggested but still not working, same error ... tired and disappointed!
After payed 115 euro, nice feature!

thank you dangeki your reply helped. does that mean sims3 can only make use of 1 core of my cpu?
