So never played this but got it in my account a while back with a bundle. Is this worth starting so late after release and without any of the DLC? Also is the DLC worth it as not the greatest reviews?

Because of the infrequency and randomness of formula and relic piece drops it takes a lot of effort beyond normal play. i spend a lot of time farming the globe vendor in Atlantis and farming previous content with my lvl 80. I was wondering if a Wu melee build is feasible. Seen Neidan + Storm but not Earth. Full focus on strength, should end somewhere in the 800 range but is a commitment. 3 Auras + some casts means it's very energy hungry, so probably not possible selffound / hardcore.
